Conditions of sale

Please note that our return policy is valid for 15 days, your order can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase (dried and fresh flowers are exempt from this right). To confirm your return of the item, please emailcamiliaatelier@gmail.comindicating the reason for returning the order. After confirmation from us, you will return the order as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after our confirmation. We will refund you using the same payment method used to order the product. Return costs are your responsibility.

 

Due to the handcrafted nature of ceramics and the natural state of dried and fresh flowers, there may be imperfections on your items that are not considered defects. Any order containing fresh and dried flowers cannot be returned. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days of confirmation of purchase.

 

We only deliver to Morocco. If you are trying to place an order from another country, please email us atcamiliaatelier@gmail.com  to inquire about shipping options and rates.

 

All items are photographed in bright, natural light and are as accurate in color and size as possible. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.

 

Atelier Camilia is not responsible for customs fees and applicable taxes that may arise upon acceptance of your package.
